As winter draws to a close, it is delightful to see our sixth edition of London Paediatrics come to life. Sturrock's insightful piece finally brings understanding to a revolution happening in paediatric practice. With the RSV vaccine, perhaps we might see the end of the full paediatric ward...here's hoping for a New Year's Revolution.   For the third time we have our wonderful contributors of "Paediatrician of Our Time" back again, in some cases starting their second foundation year... maybe next year we may see one join us formally in paediatric training.   This progression in paediatrics is mirrored in this edition's work by Rosen, and also Jagadish, watching early steps in paediatrics coming to life, which is really at the heart of this journal.   As always the journal is so grateful for your support and we look forwards to your next submissions.
